About the Role
Infyle Technologies is looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in lead generation, and the ability to convert prospects into clients for our IT services.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain Infyle Technologies' IT services, including Mobile App Development, Web Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, and AI Solutions.
- Schedule meetings and conduct client follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with the technical team.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities in the CRM.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Experience in IT sales or business development is preferred.
- Good understanding of lead generation and sales processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
Eligibility
- Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Candidates must be from Zirakpur, Chandigarh, Mohali, Punjab, or Himachal Pradesh.
- Work From Office (Zirakpur).
- No Virtual Interviews.
- Candidates must attend a face-to-face interview at our Zirakpur office.
Education
- Graduate or Undergraduate (Any Stream).
