Job Summary:
The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of restaurant outlets to ensure smooth functioning, high service standards, customer satisfaction, and achievement of business goals. The role includes managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining compliance, driving sales, and ensuring operational excellence across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain service quality, food quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Ensure SOPs are implemented and followed consistently.
- Monitor outlet performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Conduct regular outlet visits and audits.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and develop restaurant staff.
- Manage duty rosters, manpower planning, and shift scheduling.
- Monitor employee performance and provide coaching where required.
- Handle disciplinary concerns and employee grievances.
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve escalations effectively.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Sales & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Implement local marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Identify opportunities for increasing profitability and customer footfall.
- Analyze sales trends and business performance.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, and operational expenses.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock control.
- Minimize wastage and pilferage.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely procurement.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, labor laws, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Maintain operational reports and MIS data.
- Monitor attendance, payroll inputs, and staff documentation.
- Ensure statutory compliance across outlets.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in restaurant/café operations.
- Experience in handling multiple outlets is preferred.

Working Hours: Rotational shifts as per company policy
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
