Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – BBPS & Aggregator Reconciliation to manage payment reconciliation, settlement operations, and transaction monitoring within a fintech or banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform 2-way and 3-way reconciliation across Payment Gateways, Payment Aggregators, NPCI, CBS, and front-end platforms.
- Manage BBPS/NBBL settlement validation and ensure accurate intraday and end-of-day settlements.
- Reconcile merchant and payment gateway settlements as per SLA.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation mismatches, settlement delays, and MDR/fee discrepancies.
- Drive reconciliation process automation and reduce manual effort.
- Support UAT for new biller integrations, payment channels, and API implementations.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and BBPS ecosystem standards.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Payment Operations, Reconciliation, or Fund Accounting.
- Strong hands-on experience with BBPS, NPCI, UPI, IMPS, Payment Gateways, and Payment Aggregators.
- Knowledge of RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, merchant settlements, and financial reconciliation.
- Understanding of RBI Payment Aggregator and BBPS/Bharat Connect guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
