- Call new leads received through Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and other sources.
- Explain Big Derma’s hair transplant, hair fall and skin treatment services.
- Understand patient requirements and answer basic queries regarding procedures, pricing and offers.
- Convert enquiries into consultation appointments.
- Follow up regularly with interested and pending patients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments and conversions.
- Coordinate with the doctor/consultation team regarding scheduled appointments.
- Handle missed calls and WhatsApp enquiries promptly.
- Follow up with patients who have cancelled or postponed consultations/surgeries.
- Achieve monthly calling, appointment and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
