Regional Logistics Manager
Role Overview
The Regional Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily delivery and return logistics
operations across multiple hubs within the assigned region.
The role will act as the central control point for rider operations, vendor coordination, delivery planning, return
pickups, and logistics execution to ensure smooth operational flow and improved customer experience.
This role is critical in creating operational bandwidth for Regional Operations Managers by taking ownership of
logistics execution and delivery planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Delivery & Return Operations
- Plan and monitor daily deliveries and return pickups across hubs
- Ensure timely execution of scheduled deliveries (Before 2 PM / Post 2 PM)
- Optimize rider allocation and route planning
- Minimize failed deliveries and pickup pendencies
2. Rider & Vendor Management
- Manage rider attendance, productivity, and deployment
- Coordinate with third-party logistics vendors and fleet partners
- Ensure rider availability as per operational demand
- Monitor rider performance and discipline
3. Logistics Planning & Execution
- Create city-wise delivery plans and routing strategies
- Ensure efficient utilization of vehicles and manpower
- Balance delivery and return operations simultaneously
4. Operational Performance Monitoring
- Track logistics KPIs and SLA adherence
Monitor:
- On-time delivery %
- Return pickup closure
- Rider productivity
- Escalations and delays
- Share daily operational updates and escalations proactively
5. Customer Experience Support
- Reduce customer escalations related to delayed deliveries and pickups
- Ensure smooth coordination between Ops, CX, and Delivery teams
- Improve turnaround time and execution quality

- Pending return count

- Inventory turnaround time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
