Job Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting work and maintain proper records.
- MARG Software knowledge is mandatory.
- PCD Pharma industry experience is mandatory.
- Check product-wise margin in every sales bill before/after billing.
- Verify selling rate, purchase cost, product margin and bill-wise profitability.
- Handle Sales & Purchase entries in MARG.
- Purchase bill checking and purchase accounting.
- Sales invoice checking and accounting.
- Manage outstanding / receivable and payable accounts.
- Bank, cash and ledger reconciliation.
- Maintain party ledgers and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other routine accounting work.
- Prepare daily/monthly sales, purchase, margin and outstanding reports.
- Coordinate with sales and purchase teams for rate, costing and billing-related issues.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
- MARG Software – Mandatory
- PCD Pharma Experience – Mandatory
- Good knowledge of product-wise costing & margin calculation.
- Good command of MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Sales, Purchase, Ledger & Outstanding.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify billing/margin errors.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and GST.
Preferred Candidate
Candidate should have practical experience in a PCD Pharma company and should be comfortable independently handling MARG, billing, product costing, margin checking, sales/purchase accounting and routine accounts work.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
