Job Summary
The HR Executive / HR Officer – Site is responsible for managing and executing all site-level human resource functions for commercial interior fit-out projects. The role ensures smooth manpower mobilization, employee onboarding, attendance management, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and coordination between project teams and corporate HR. The position plays a critical role in maintaining workforce productivity, compliance, and employee relations at project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end site HR operations for commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Coordinate manpower mobilization, onboarding, induction, and deployment of employees, staff, and contract workers.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, joining documentation, and HR databases.
- Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, overtime, and workforce reports.
- Coordinate with payroll teams for accurate salary processing and statutory deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company HR policies at project sites.
- Maintain contractor manpower records and verify statutory compliance documents.
- Support recruitment activities for site-based positions and coordinate interviews with project teams.
- Handle employee grievances and assist in maintaining positive employee relations.
- Conduct employee induction programs, awareness sessions, and engagement activities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly HR and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with EHS, Administration, and Project Management teams regarding workforce requirements.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to labor and HR practices.
- Ensure proper documentation related to joining, transfers, resignations, and employee exits.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience
- 1 - 3 years of HR experience.
- Experience in commercial interior fit-out, construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
- Experience handling site HR operations and workforce management.
- Knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and contractor management.
