Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote and sell IT products and software solutions to businesses. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting field visits, generating leads, presenting product demonstrations, and closing sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities for IT products and software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize contracts with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product implementation and customer support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic understanding of software, SaaS, ERP, HRMS, CRM, ATS, or other IT products.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong sales skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in field sales, IT sales, software sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in selling Software, SaaS Products, HRMS, CRM, ERP, ATS, Digital Marketing Services, or IT Solutions.
- Experience in lead generation and client acquisition.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
