Key Responsibilities:
- Manage soft services operations including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, waste management, and landscaping.
- Ensure service delivery as per SLAs/KPIs and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Supervise vendor teams and site staff, including manpower planning and performance monitoring.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and compliance checks.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain operational reports, inventory records, and MIS data.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in Facility Management with a focus on Soft Services.
- Strong experience in vendor management, team supervision, and client handling.
- Good communication, reporting, and MS Excel skills.
- Knowledge of SLA/KPI management and facility operations.
Preferred: Experience in corporate offices, commercial buildings, or IT parks
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
