Job Responsibilities:
- Customer support
- Provide and maintain good customer service and solve problems

Schedule engineers for customer location visits

Maintain feedback once a complaint is closed

Reports and MIS
- On time documentation filing

Keep a tracker on all the active complaints

Regular CRM updates on service calls

Periodical service reports to manager

Coordination
- Co-ordinate between engineers and customers and ensure that maximum calls are completed
-
Co-ordination and co-operation with service team to achieve targets
-
Coordination with other regions.

Principals for Spares, Manuals and Technical Assistance.

Sales
- Generate AMC
-
Submit quotation for AMC, Service, Spares

Team management
- Ensure on time and accurate documentation
-
Ensure availability of engineers at customers’ site as required
Requirements:
- Good communication Skill

Functional Knowledge of CRM

Computer Basic.
