Job Title: Project Manager – Interior DesignRole Summary
The Project Manager – Interior Design will lead and manage interior fit-out and turnkey projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong execution capability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with design intent and client expectations.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in interior design project execution / project management
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end turnkey interior projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complete interior design project execution from initiation to handover
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and execution plans
- Ensure on-site execution matches approved design and quality standards
- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor project progress
- Resolve technical, design, and site-related issues proactively
- Handle procurement coordination for materials, furniture, and finishes
- Manage vendor negotiations, contractor performance, and billing certification
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and site regulations
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to management/client
- Ensure smooth project handover with all documentation completed
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of interior execution, materials, and detailing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior working drawings
- Strong client-facing communication and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving ability and decision-making under site conditions
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and project tracking tools
- Strong time management across multiple sites/projects
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- PMP or project management certification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Faridabad, Haryana
