A Telecaller is responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote services, generate leads, answer inquiries, and maintain customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, confidence, and the ability to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and answer inbound inquiries.
- Explain company services and products professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with clients regarding their inquiries and applications.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle customer questions and provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth customer service.
Pay: ₹10,000.87 - ₹30,831.21 per month
