PROCUREMENT MANAGER – HEAD OFFICE (Infrastructure EPC Projects)

Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA (Supply Chain / Operations) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 12–18 years in Infrastructure Procurement.
- Minimum 8 years in Roads/Highways EPC Projects.
- Experience in Bridges, Tunnels, Airports or Metro Projects preferred.
- Hands-on experience in Utility Shifting procurement.
- Strong knowledge of MoRTH Specifications, IRC Codes and EPC Contracts.
Role Summary
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for end-to-end procurement of construction materials, heavy construction equipment, specialised services, subcontract packages and utility shifting materials required for infrastructure EPC projects.
The position will play a key role in vendor development, commercial negotiations, strategic sourcing, procurement planning and mobilisation support while ensuring optimum cost, quality and timely availability of resources
Procurement Planning
- Develop project-specific procurement requirement and strategies.
- Prepare procurement schedules aligned with construction programmes.
- Identify long-lead procurement items.
- Coordinate with Project, Planning and Commercial teams.s
- Monitor procurement progress against project milestones.
