Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate should have experience in flight reservations, ticketing, itinerary preparation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Book domestic and international flight tickets.
- Prepare and share travel itineraries.
- Provide flight options and fare details.
- Handle ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds.
- Assist customers with travel queries.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners.
- Maintain booking records and follow up with clients.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in air ticketing.
- Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or similar booking systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel and visa requirements.
