We are looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Superintendent to lead, supervise, and coordinate nursing operations across our clinics. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care, nursing discipline, staff performance, and clinical quality.
Key Responsibilities1. Nursing Team Management
- Supervise and manage nursing staff across all assigned clinics.
- Prepare and monitor nursing duty schedules and staff allocation.
- Ensure adequate nursing staff availability at all locations.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave, and discipline of nursing staff.
- Coordinate with HR for nursing recruitment and staffing requirements.
2. Clinical & Patient Care Quality
- Ensure high standards of patient care and nursing practices.
- Monitor patient handling and communication by nursing staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of clinical protocols and SOPs.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain nursing quality and safety standards.
- Address patient complaints related to nursing services.
3. Training & Development
- Conduct orientation and induction training for newly joined nurses.
- Organize regular training sessions on clinical procedures, patient communication, professionalism, infection control, and emergency management.
- Identify training needs and improve staff competency.
4. Clinic Monitoring & Visits
- Conduct regular visits to clinics and assess nursing operations.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, infection control, and patient care standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance of medical equipment and nursing supplies.
- Report operational and clinical issues to management and ensure timely resolution.
5. Home Health Coordination
- Support and supervise home health nursing services.
- Monitor home health staff performance and patient feedback.
- Ensure proper coordination of nursing staff for home visits.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Submit regular reports to management regarding nursing performance and clinic requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinic managers, HR, and operations teams.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc Nursing / GNM
- Valid Nursing Registration
- Minimum 3–5 years of nursing experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial nursing role is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
