About the Company
Inno Safe International is a growing manufacturer of industrial and personal protective equipment (PPE). Our product range includes safety helmets, reflective garments, boiler suits, coveralls, safety harnesses, and other industrial safety products. We work across government platforms, institutional clients, and online sales channels.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable professional to manage tendering operations as well as support online sales platforms.
This role combines tender management, catalogue handling, and operational support for digital sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Tender & Government Platform Management
- Handle end-to-end tender participation on GeM, IREPS, and other platforms
- Prepare and upload bids with accurate documentation
- Maintain tender calendar and track deadlines
- Ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements
- Coordinate with buyers for clarifications
Catalogue & Data Management
- Manage product listings and catalogues on GeM and other platforms
- Update pricing, specifications, and documentation
- Maintain organized records for tenders and submissions
CRM & Follow-ups
- Maintain enquiry and order tracking in Excel
- Follow up on submitted bids and ongoing orders
- Coordinate internally for execution and dispatch
- Follow up for payments where required
Online Sales & Marketplace Support
- Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and website enquiries
- Coordinate order processing and updates
- Maintain product listings and basic backend operations
- Handle incoming enquiries from Google and other channels
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tendering / GeM/procurement platforms
- Working knowledge of GeM, IREPS, or similar portals
- Strong documentation and data management skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Basic understanding of Amazon / Flipkart platforms (preferred)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Organized and detail-oriented
Compensation & Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹28,000 per month
- 3-month probation period
- Performance-based incentives for value-added contributions (case-based)
