Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for medical device sales positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition in the medical devices industry.
- Strong understanding of medical devices products and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
