Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and result-driven Head of Sales & Marketing to lead revenue growth and brand expansion at Goel Marble House. The role requires a strong leader who can drive sales performance, build high-value client relationships, and position the company as a preferred choice in the marble and stone industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Drive client acquisition and retention through strong relationship management.
- Personally handle key accounts including builders, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
- Plan and conduct client visits, one-to-one meetings, and site visits to generate business opportunities.
- Identify new markets, channels, and business opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
- Oversee branding, promotions, digital marketing, and offline campaigns to enhance visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual goals.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales & Marketing leadership role (preferably in marble, granite, tiles, or building materials industry).
- Strong network with builders, architects, and B2B clients.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle both strategic planning and on-ground execution.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
