Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Export Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying international business opportunities, managing overseas clients, handling export documentation, and achieving sales targets. The candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and have a good understanding of international trade processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and distributors.
- Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs paperwork.
- Monitor international market trends and competitor activities.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and after-sales support.
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings when required.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, company policies, and international trade standards.
- Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in export sales, international marketing, or a similar role
- Good understanding of export procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of international markets and trade regulations.
- Experience with CRM software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
