Position: CA Intern (Articleship Trainee)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CA Intern to join our Finance & Accounts team. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to accounting, auditing, taxation, financial reporting, compliance, and business finance processes while working alongside experienced finance professionals.
Accounting & Finance
- Assist in maintaining books of accounts and financial records.
- Support preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Verify accounting entries and supporting documents.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Audit & Assurance
- Support internal and statutory audit assignments.
- Conduct verification of financial transactions and records.
- Assist in preparing audit working papers and documentation.
- Help identify control gaps and process improvement opportunities.
Taxation & Compliance
- Assist in preparation and filing of GST returns and tax-related documentation.
- Support direct and indirect tax compliance activities.
- Assist in tax audits and assessments.
- Track regulatory changes and compliance requirements.
Financial Analysis
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
- Assist in variance analysis and cost monitoring activities.
Other Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial information.
- Maintain documentation and records for compliance purposes.
- Support special finance projects as assigned.
- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and registered for Articleship under ICAI.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and auditing concepts.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of Tally, SAP, Oracle, or other accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, Income Tax, and financial regulations.
- Basic financial modeling and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently and within teams.
- Practical exposure to accounting, audit, taxation, and compliance functions.
