Job Summary
Talent Square is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Artist Manager to lead artist relations, business development, and client servicing. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network within the entertainment industry and a proven track record of managing artists, negotiating high-value deals, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Artist Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, artists, influencers, performers, and their management teams.
- Identify and onboard new artists to expand Talent Square's portfolio.
- Negotiate artist contracts, commercial terms, and booking agreements.
- Manage artist schedules, logistics, hospitality, and event coordination.
- Ensure exceptional artist experience before, during, and after every engagement.
Business Development
- Generate new business from corporate events, weddings, concerts, brand activations, festivals, and entertainment projects.
- Develop long-term relationships with event agencies, brands, production houses, and corporate clients.
- Prepare artist proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable artists based on event objectives and budgets.
- Lead client meetings, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Artist Management team.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and ensure timely execution of projects.
- Develop efficient workflows and best practices.
Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on entertainment industry trends, artist availability, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Identify emerging talent and new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Artist Management, Celebrity Management, Entertainment Sales, Business Development, or Event Management.
- Strong network with celebrities, artist managers, influencers, event agencies, and production houses.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
