Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Handle and qualify incoming leads from Google Ads, social media, and referrals.
- Assess prospective students' needs and interest in our music programs.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and answer inquiries.
Sales Conversion:
- Promote our music classes to potential students and parents through calls and virtual meetings.
- Explain program offerings, pricing, and the benefits of Notation School’s curriculum.
- Overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet enrollment goals.
Trial and Enrollment Assistance:
- Help prospective students schedule and prepare for trial classes.
- Support families during the trial experience, answering questions and resolving concerns.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition to full enrollment.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current students to foster trust.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales and enrollment process.
- Assist with onboarding new students, explaining plans, features, and program benefits.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on lead conversion rates and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the student coordinator and instructors to ensure a seamless transition for new students.
- Contribute to strategy discussions during regular sales meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Music Education, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, admissions, or a related role, preferably in the education or music industry.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
- Passion for music and helping students succeed in their musical journey.
