Location: Chikka Bettageri, Dubare Road, Kushal Nagar, Karnataka Project: Premium Resort / Hospitality Project Position: Site Engineer Experience: 2–5 Years Employment: Full-time Job Description We are looking for a Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate day-to-day construction activities for an upcoming resort project at Chikka Bettageri, Dubare Road, Kushal Nagar. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that construction work is executed as per approved architectural and structural drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at site. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, structural consultants, and suppliers. Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Check levels, dimensions, line-outs, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and other civil works. Monitor workmanship and maintain required quality standards. Take measurements and verify quantities of completed work. Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site. Maintain daily progress reports and site records. Identify and resolve site-related technical issues in coordination with consultants. Ensure proper sequencing of works and adherence to project timelines. Monitor labour productivity and contractor performance. Ensure proper implementation of safety practices at the site. Coordinate and supervise finishing and external development works. Assist in preparing work schedules, material requirements, and progress updates. Requirements Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of relevant site experience, preferably in residential, commercial, hospitality, or resort projects. Good knowledge of civil construction and finishing works. Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings. Good knowledge of site measurements, levels, quantities, and basic estimation. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities. Willingness to work at the project location in Chikka Bettageri, Kushal Nagar. Preferred Experience in resort, hotel, villa, or hospitality projects will be an advantage. Knowledge of finishing works and coordination of multiple trades will be preferred. Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
