Designation: ID Billing Engineer (Interior Design)

Urgent Requirement
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) bills for contractors, vendors, and subcontractors as per actual site execution.
- Review and certify client bills in line with contract terms, BOQ, and approved rates.
- Conduct joint measurements at the site for interior works, including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, partitions, loose furniture, and finishes.
- Cross-verify quantities executed against drawings, BOQ, and site measurements.
- Maintain detailed billing trackers, reconciliation statements, and measurement sheets.
- Prepare and evaluate variation orders, extra items, and deviation statements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and clients for billing approvals.
- Analyse rate analysis for non-BOQ items and negotiate with vendors when required.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, GST norms, and statutory requirements.
- Track material reconciliation, debit notes, and recovery statements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all billing-related correspondence and approvals.
- Prepare final accounts and project closure billing reports.
- Generate periodic MIS reports on billing status, cash flow, and cost variance.
- Liaise with the QS and design teams to validate scope, rates, and measurements.
Required:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and billing software (e.g., ERP, Candy, or similar).
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in billing for interior fit-out / interior design projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior works, including modular furniture, loose furniture, finishes, MEP coordination, and false ceiling systems
- Sound understanding of BOQ, rate analysis, and contract documentation.
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory billing requirements.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
