Salary: ₹8,500 – ₹22,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with prospective homebuyers and investors. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, understanding customer requirements, scheduling site visits, and coordinating with the sales team to convert inquiries into successful property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Call leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, and other marketing campaigns and cold data.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location preference, and purchase intent.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with relationship managers and sales executives.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Pleasant and confident telephone etiquette.
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, Google Sheets).
- Ability to work under sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (12th Pass candidates with relevant experience may also apply).
- Experience in real estate, banking, insurance, BPO, or telesales will be preferred.

Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Tuesday (or as per company policy)
Pay: ₹8,528.65 - ₹22,000.00 per month
