We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Executive to help identify reliable suppliers, negotiate competitive pricing, and ensure the timely procurement of quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and manufacturers.
- Source pet products, accessories, packaging materials, and other business requirements at competitive prices.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and contracts with vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analyses to support procurement decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as merchandising, inventory, operations, and logistics to ensure timely procurement.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
- Track purchase orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Stay updated on market trends, new suppliers, and sourcing opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sourcing records, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Support cost optimization initiatives while maintaining product quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
