Position Details:
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 4–5 Years in HR Operations & Recruitment
About the Role:
This is a hands-on, ownership-heavy role for someone who thrives when things are moving fast. You'll be the operational backbone of our HR function — keeping employee lifecycle processes tight, driving recruitment end-to-end, and being the person all stakeholders trust to get things done without being chased.

You're the kind of HR professional who finds satisfaction in a clean tracker, a seamless onboarding, and a hire closed on time. You're organised without being rigid, people-friendly without losing focus, and you take operational ownership personally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle onboarding, documentation, employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR coordination activities
- Support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding
- Cross-functional HR coordination — you'll interface with teams across design, production, sales, and export to keep HR processes running smoothly throughout the business
- Maintain HR trackers, employee databases, and process documentation accurately
- Ensure timely closure of operational tasks and employee queries
- Stakeholder coordination with hiring managers and leadership — you'll be their trusted execution partner, not someone they have to follow up with.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 4–5 years of relevant HR Operations and Recruitment experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
- Proficient in MS Office; exposure to an HRMS is preferred.
Preferred Profile:
- Highly dependable, process-oriented, and comfortable handling operational ownership independently
- Prior experience in manufacturing, startup, or fast-paced environments will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
