Key Responsibilities: Design and Development: Develop database solutions to store and retrieve company information. Design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts. Create and maintain data architecture diagrams and documentation. System Integration: Install and configure information systems to ensure functionality. Migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions. Ensure data integration across different systems and platforms. Data Management: Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications. Optimize database systems for performance and scalability. Define and implement data security and privacy policies. Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to understand data requirements. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to identify future needs and requirements. Provide guidance and support to other team members on data-related issues. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and quality. Implement data governance and compliance measures.Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., SQL, Oracle). Experience with data modeling tools and techniques. Knowledge of data warehousing solutions and ETL processes. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
