Position Title: Site Supervisor – Facade & Window Fabrication
Location: Andheri east Mogra village
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day installation of facades, windows, and external cladding systems (such as ACP).
- Quality & Precision: Ensure all installations match the technical fabrication drawings and maintain strict quality standards.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor daily work progress, manage site labor, and ensure project timelines are met.
- Material Management: Coordinate incoming material deliveries to the site, verify quantities, and minimize on-site wastage or damage.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure workers use proper safety equipment at all times.
- Problem Solving: Address any structural discrepancies or installation challenges on-site and coordinate with the design/fabrication team for quick resolutions.
Preferred (A Plus)
- Familiarity with modern window profile systems and hardware.
- Basic understanding of site measurement techniques to avoid installation errors.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
