About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Product Manager to support the development, positioning, and growth of our life sciences, laboratory automation, and QC product portfolio. This role works closely with the Product Manager, sales, technical, and partner teams to ensure strong market execution and customer alignment.
You will gain hands-on exposure to product lifecycle management, market research, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution across Pharma, Biotech, CROs, and Research Institutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Product Manager in managing the product lifecycle and portfolio updates
2. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection
3. Assist in creating product documentation, presentations, and training materials
4. Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement activities
5. Work with sales teams to track leads, performance, and market feedback
6. Liaise with principals and internal teams for pricing, availability, and technical information
7. Maintain product data, reports, and dashboards
8. Support participation in industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings
Educational Background & Requirements
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in:
· Biotechnology / Life Sciences / Microbiology / Biochemistry
· Biomedical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Business Management (with life sciences exposure)
2. 1-3 years of experience in product support, technical sales, marketing, or life sciences roles (strong freshers may be considered)
3. Basic understanding of laboratory workflows, automation platforms, and QC/compliance environments
4. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills
5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail
6. Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Skills
1. Experience with CRM, sales enablement, or marketing tools
2. Exposure to Pharma, Biopharma, CRO, and Research markets
3. Basic knowledge of pricing, forecasting, and reporting
