An HR Manager aligns workforce strategies with business goals. They oversee recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and compensation. Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to interviewing and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between management and employees by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing grievances.
- Performance & Development: Design appraisal systems, coordinate training programs, and support career growth initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage payroll processing, health benefits, and competitive salary planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance & Policy: Develop and enforce workplace policies while ensuring strict adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Strategic Planning: Forecast workforce staffing needs and provide leadership with actionable data using HR metrics. [1, 2, 3, 4]
