- Assist customers with banking products and services.
- Handle customer queries and service requests.
- Support day-to-day branch operations.
- Assist with customer onboarding and documentation.
- Support customer acquisition and sales activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and records.
- Follow company policies and banking procedures.
