Job Summary
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships, handling customer queries, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with sales, operations, and support teams to improve customer experience, retention, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
CRM System Management
- Update customer interactions, leads, and service requests in CRM software.
- Monitor customer data accuracy and maintain database integrity.
- Generate reports related to customer activities and sales follow-ups.
Sales & Lead Coordination
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead tracking and customer follow-up.
- Support lead conversion activities and customer engagement programs.
- Track pending inquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
Communication & Support
- Make outbound/inbound calls, emails, and messages to customers.
- Provide product/service information to customers.
- Assist in customer retention and feedback collection activities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Analyze customer feedback and service performance.
- Support management with customer insights and MIS reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, sales coordination, or support roles.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and data management capability.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
