Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding educational programs and services.
- Understand student requirements and provide suitable guidance.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp chats, and email inquiries.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective students.
- Build strong relationships with students and assist them throughout the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
