About the Role
We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring Boys - Hostel Warden to manage our employee hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe, clean, and well-organized living environment while supporting worker welfare and hostel operations.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage daily hostel operations
✅ Control employee In/Out movements and passes
✅ Maintain hostel attendance and occupancy records
✅ Coordinate shift-wise meal planning with the canteen
✅ Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and 5S standards
✅ Conduct regular hostel and security rounds
✅ Support worker health, welfare, and grievance handling
✅ Maintain discipline and hostel safety
✅ Manage hostel inventory and assets
✅ Prepare daily hostel reports and documentation
Education
- Any Graduate / Diploma (Preferred)
Experience
- 1–3 years in Hostel Administration, Camp Management, Residential Supervision, or Industrial Operations / Any Manufacturing company.
