Job Summary
We are seeking proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executives to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills and be eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company's products and services.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Required Skills

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

Experience
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Client Acquisition will be preferred.
