We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to assist customers by providing information about our software products. The candidate will interact with clients, explain product features, and coordinate with them to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the company’s software products.
- Assist clients by explaining product features, usage, and benefits.
- Coordinate with customers to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Experience:
0–2 years in customer support, customer service, or client handling roles.
Skills:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Basic understanding of software products and customer support processes.
