Roles & Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through cold and warm leads provided via CRM.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable trainers and learning programs.
- Schedule and coordinate demo sessions between students and trainers.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them throughout the enrollment process.
- Handle objections, follow up regularly, and convert leads into paid enrollments.
- Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding.
- Achieve monthly calling, demo, conversion, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Admissions Counseling, or EdTech Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with proven sales performance.
- Ability to build rapport and close deals effectively.
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred.
