Key Duties and Responsibilities :
Buyer Communication: Serves as the primary point of contact for retail buyers or buying houses to clarify design queries, styling details, and production adjustments.
Costing and Pricing: Analyzes factory capacity, material costs, and labor to prepare accurate garment costing sheets for buyer negotiation.
Sample Development: Manages the proto-sampling, size-set, and pre-production (PP) stages, coordinating fabric lab dips and getting final approvals from buyers before bulk cutting.
Sourcing and Procurement: Books, schedules, and in-houses all order-specific raw materials, including bulk fabrics, sewing threads, buttons, zippers, and labels.
Production Planning: Conducts pre-production meetings with factory floor managers and quality teams to lay out the Time & Action (T&A) calendar.
Progress Tracking: Monitors daily factory cutting, sewing, and finishing outputs to identify and fix bottlenecks before they cause delivery delays.
Quality & Inspection Control: Coordinates with internal quality controllers or third-party inspectors to execute initial, midline, and final inspections.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
