CS Interns assist in managing board meetings, maintaining statutory records, ensuring legal compliance, and handling regulatory filings under the guidance of a qualified Company Secretary.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft agendas, notices, and resolutions for board and general meetings.
- Record and prepare accurate minutes of meetings.
- Maintain and update statutory registers and corporate records.
- Assist with routine and event-based ROC e-filings.
- Track and ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other regulations.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and regulations.
- Assist in conducting due diligence and secretarial audits.
- Handle shareholder correspondence and routine secretarial correspondence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Law, or a related field.
- Pursuing or completed the Company Secretary (CS) course.
- Foundational knowledge of the Companies Act.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
