We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Healthcare Market Research Recruiter to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will identify, screen, and secure qualified participants - including physicians, patients, caregivers, and other healthcare stakeholders - for market research studies such as qualitative interviews, focus groups, advisory boards, and quantitative surveys. Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified respondents (HCPs, patients, caregivers, payers, and other healthcare stakeholders) from proprietary panels, client-provided lists, referrals, and other channels

Screen prospective participants against detailed study criteria (diagnosis, specialty, treatment history, demographics, etc.) via phone, email, and screener platforms

Verify diagnoses, credentials, and eligibility in accordance with HIPAA, GDPR, and study-specific compliance requirements

Schedule and confirm participants for interviews, focus groups, advisory boards, and surveys, coordinating around time zones and respondent availability

Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment records, quotas, and respondent details in the recruitment database/CRM

Communicate professionally and empathetically with a wide range of respondents, including patients and caregivers managing rare or complex conditions

Troubleshoot recruitment challenges (slow enrollment, no-shows, quota gaps) and proactively escalate risks to project managers

Prepare and send confirmations, reminders, and incentive/honoraria paperwork to participants

Collaborate with project managers, moderators, and client teams to ensure recruitment timelines and quality standards are met

Maintain strict confidentiality of respondent identities and study information at all times
Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience

1–3 years of experience in recruiting, market research, healthcare, customer service, or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with physicians, patients, and caregivers

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple studies and quotas simultaneously

Comfortable working with screener/database software, CRMs, and standard office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Ability to handle sensitive health information with discretion, empathy, and professionalism

Self-motivated with a track record of meeting deadlines and recruitment quotas
