We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our online sales and marketplace operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills and an interest in e-commerce, online selling, and digital operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, updating, and managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, company website, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Monitor stock availability, pricing, and product performance across marketplaces.
- Handle customer queries, messages, reviews, and feedback with professionalism.
- Support order processing and coordination with logistics partners for dispatches and returns.
- Track daily sales and maintain reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Work with marketplace support teams for listing approvals and issue resolution.
- Assist in executing promotional activities, deals, and campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply for this role.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce concepts (training will be provided).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
