8+ years of experience with transport planning software such as VISUM, SATURN, DIADEM, and EMME.

Experience and knowledge of strategic modelling techniques and guidance.

Knowledge of the technical transport planning environment.

Strong numerical and analytical abilities, including a high degree of competence in MS Excel.

Ability to work as part of a wider project team.

Experience leading smaller teams as part of project delivery.
