Core ResponsibilitiesTrainee production executive:
1. Actively learn baking techniques, workflow coordination, and how to operate specialized bakery machinery.
2. Quality Control: Monitor raw materials and finished baked goods to ensure they meet strict taste, texture, and visual standards.
3. Shift Operations: Assist in tracking inventory levels, fulfilling daily orders, and preparing end-of-shift production logs.
4. Staff Oversight: Shadow experienced managers in leading junior staff, assigning daily duties, and ensuring a safe, sanitary workspace.
5. Compliance: Follow all sanitation, health, and fssai norms & law, such as HACCP regulations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
