We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Intern who understands internet trends, enjoys creating content, and can help build a strong and engaging social media presence for Revspot.

Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other social media platforms.

Develop content ideas, captions, hooks, reels, carousels, and short-form videos.

Track current trends, memes, formats, and conversations relevant to startups, AI, sales, and marketing.

Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting.

Coordinate with the design, marketing, HR, and leadership teams for content.

Assist with employer branding, hiring campaigns, company updates, and employee-focused content.

Shoot and edit basic videos, office content, interviews, and behind-the-scenes clips.

Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data.

Respond to comments and messages while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice.

Research competitor content and identify opportunities for Revspot to stand out.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable writing engaging and concise social media copy.

Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

Good understanding of social media trends and content formats.

Creative, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating video shoots.

Previous internship, college society, creator, or social media experience is preferred but not mandatory.
