About the Company:

Location: New Delhi, Okhla phase 2
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Shift Timings : 10 am to 6:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calling to potential clients and prospects
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Present company services and solutions to potential clients
- Follow up with leads and nurture them for business opportunities
- Convert leads into clients and achieve sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Telecalling
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation preferred
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
