Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, and experienced Site Supervisor specializing in RCC works to manage ground-level field operations, material handling, and site progress. You will supervise labor and subcontractor teams under the guidance of Senior Engineers to ensure quality execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Site Supervision: Directly supervise site labor, barbenders, carpenters, and masons during excavation, reinforcement fixing, shuttering, and concrete pouring operations.
- Inspection Support: Carry out pre-pour checks as per instructions (checking cover blocks, rebar spacing, shutter level, and cleanliness).
- Field Quality Checks: Assist with slump testing, concrete cube casting, sand testing, and maintain field check records.
- Target & Progress Tracking: Track and record daily progress against assigned targets; ensure workforce discipline and productivity on site.
- Material Tracking & Control: Inspect incoming material delivery challans (cement, steel rebar, aggregates, admixtures); oversee unloading, safe storage, and waste control.
- Documentation & Site Safety: Assist in preparing Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), log labor/machinery headcounts, and ensure 100% compliance with safety standards and mandatory PPE usage.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / HSC (Civil Diploma is an added advantage) with working proficiency in English and Hindi.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of practical on-site supervision experience on RCC / building construction projects.
- Software Proficiency (Optional): Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, or basic AutoCAD.
- Key Strengths: Practical knowledge of RCC work execution, ability to read structural site drawings, strong ground-level labor management, stamina for full-time field work, and clear communication.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
