- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant products and services to meet client objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present tailored financial solutions, proposals, and presentations to clients, clearly articulating value propositions.
- Monitor client accounts, market trends, and economic indicators to provide timely advice and adjust strategies as needed.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service and promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, operations, and compliance, to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and activity logs within the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices in relationship management.
- Conduct regular client reviews to assess performance, update strategies, and strengthen relationships.
