Job Description::
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Executive to oversee the housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance in all areas of the property and lead a team of housekeeping staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and standards.
- Inspect rooms and public areas regularly to maintain quality standards.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely cleaning and maintenance.
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules, training, and performance.
- Handle inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address guest or client complaints regarding housekeeping promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare reports on housekeeping activities and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Executive or similar role in hospitality or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and equipment.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
