Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area cleanliness
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes (if applicable)
- Provide basic information to clients and guests
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
- Handle office supplies inventory and request replenishment when needed
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Pleasant and professional demeanor
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to handle phone systems and front desk equipment
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
